2025 Call for Entries – 10th Annual ILEA Vancouver Awards

This is your chance to share your favourite successes from calendar year 2024; the submission window is now open!

We encourage ILEA members to submit nominations into any of the categories below. Make sure your membership is up to date; click here to renew or sign up with ILEA Vancouver.

Entry fees for award submissions will be $100 each.

Categories:

●       Best Technical Support for an Event

●       Best Entertainment Activation

●       Best Event Produced for a Corporation or Association

●       Best Fundraising Event

●       Best Public Event

●       Best Event Design and/or Decor up to $50,000

●       Best Event Design and/or Decor $50,000 +

●       Up and Coming Event Professional

●       Event Professional of the Year

●       Supplier of the Year (Non-Technical)

●       Best D E I Initiative

Deadline to submit: May 20th, 2025

Winners will be announced at our 10th annual Awards Gala on June 12th at the Stanley Park Pavilion.
