Mike’s eclectic 30-year career as a civil engineer, sales professional, business owner, strategic & operational consultant, and leader inform his efforts to guide the Board forward in service to ILEA members.

Ally, Founder of Flyberry Group, creates bold, high-impact events and champions partnerships that elevate the industry and inspire change.

Nora has been committed to ILEA for almost a decade, most importantly as she spearheaded the Chapter’s resurgence following its stalemate post-Covid. She continues to contribute and share her wisdom as mentor to the new Board.

Maya has been passionate about events since she was 16. In particular, she loves venue management, guest experience and logistics. She’s excited to build community and connections at ILEA.

Elodie is a queer French-born, Canada-raised event producer with 8+ years worldwide. Now in Vancouver, they design seamless, inclusive events grounded in sustainability, creativity, and connection.

Sommy joins the Board as a Student Committee Member, building her path as a young professional in event design. Sommy is passionate about creative storytelling and bringing ideas to life.
